Return Refund Policy & Procedure

 

Unlimited Software Associates, Inc. (ÒUSAÓ) makes customer support and satisfaction job one.  We stand behind our products and recognize that sometimes you donÕt receive what you expect.  If you would like to return or exchange something, please follow the simple steps outlined below.  This policy applies only to purchases made with credit cards via the internet at www.usahero.com/store.

 

Our Return Policy

 

You may return a product for refund, credit, or exchange (if due to USAÕs error) within 30 days of the order shipment date.

 

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrive defective or damaged, no problem.  Just contact us within 30 days of the itemÕs original shipping date to arrange for the return of your purchase.  We will refund you for your purchase, including return shipping, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable.  All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).

 

If you ordered the wrong item, or simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in Òas-newÓ condition, and the purchased product was not noted as clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.  When your return is received, you will be issued a refund to your credit card for the merchandise only.  (Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.) Some products may also be assessed a 15% restocking fee Ð please ask if you are unsure.  Also, please note that opened software cannot be returned for refund or store credit due to licensing and copyright laws...  Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information.

 

How to Request an RMA

 

To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us.  To request an RMA, please follow this procedure.  Any returns received without an RMA will be refused and returned.

 

 

After you get your RMA, please use the instructions given to you when you receive your RMA to package your return.  Ship your package to us at the following address:
